If you are trying to run your Bixpy Jet and your battery is beeping at you what does it mean? This will be the 5th LED or second down from the top. When your battery is beeping/blinking it is a communication or connection issue. There are 3 different causes for this. Read below for what to check and what will be the next step if we need you to send it in for diagnoses:
1) Connection issue - check your cable connection and make sure that it is properly connected and pushed in all the way. Line up the black tabs first and then twist the blue ring until the tabs line up and you can push in all the way. Turn blue connector ring 180 degrees to complete the waterproof seal. Turn by hand and do not use tools.
2) Check for water in the connection - If there is water, or moisture, in the cable connector or the motor port then it can disrupt the communication between the motor and battery. Let it dry and try again.
3) The Motor ESC is damaged - This can happen if there was something caught in the propeller or the propeller was jammed. It is hard to say 100% what was the cause but we are happy to take a look and give a proper diagnoses before making the necessary repair.
NOTE - If your motor is hiccuping or skipping then it could a damaged motor cable.
All repairs or support should be down through bixpy.com/support or email support@bixpy.com
We hope this helps!
